This field allows you to specify a custom message whenever there is no data

This will appear on Argent Graphs and Argent Tables

PDF Timeout

This field allows you to specify a timeout in seconds for PDF generation. Recommendation is the default value of 600

SQL Command Timeout

This field allows you to specify a timeout in seconds for SQL queries. Recommendation is the default value of 600

Email/SMTP Settings

This section configures the SMTP settings such as the SMTP hostname or IP, authentication details, sender address, etc.

Customers can also Test Email to verify settings are correct.

Event ID Aliases

This is used for Event-based Tables

Event IDs can be mapped to a name, where the readable name can be used in the table to “remind” administrators what a critical Event ID number might mean

Import/Export

This facility allows you to backup all Argent Reports definitions and transfer them to another instance of Argent Reports

The exported file is an XML file containing all the Argent Reports database definitions

Note: Image Files used by Argent Reports are located in the Argent\ArgentReports\UPLOADED_FILES folder

These are not included, and must be separately backed up or transferred

Export – choose entire branches or specific Reports, Automators, etc. to export
