Summary
By using the ‘Suspend’ mode in Argent AT, customers can suspend monitoring altogether (default), or continue monitoring without alerting (same as the behavior in Argent XT)
Customers may want to do continuous monitoring, as they want to continue capturing Argent Predictor data during the suspension period.
When using automatic-answering to put a machine into suspend mode with continuous monitoring, use the keyword (SUSPEND:MACHINE=xxxx&). (Append ‘&’ to end of machine name).
