Technical Background

If a cluster is unbalanced, instances can contend for memory and performance can degrade severely. It is recommended to check regularly for failover and if the instance is on its preferred node

Note: This does require PowerShell 2.0 and that the target nodes have ‘Failover Clustering’ installed
