Summary

New menu option is implemented to delete a Rule Group in addition to options to create or rename a Rule Group

Technical Background

When the GUI starts, the Relator Group, Rule Group and SuperConsole are automatically removed if there are no child items in the folder

This automatic action can lead to confusion, so now an explicit delete is used to remove these empty Groups

Note: Only an empty Group can be deleted. This will prevent any accidental deletion of the Group that is in use
