It has been added to Argent AT with release 3.1A-1310-A

Technical Background

Argent AT has a very powerful pre-requisite Rule configuration in Relator.

It is easy to do the ordinary pre-check of Rules against target node or a custom node such as Router.

However there was case that was not handled, namely to skip the Relator if either a custom node or the target node is not accessible

This feature has now been implemented in Argent AT using a new option
