Summary

If Argent for Compliance is installed as Argent Non-Stop Motor, customer may find he cannot save the Default Log Event Format

It is always reversed back to ‘Fire Individual Events‘

If Argent for Compliance is installed as single Main Engine, it does not have the issue

The issue has been addressed in Argent AT 3.1A-1407-T1

It is a coding error

Resolution

Upgrade to Argent Advanced Technology 3.1A-1407-T1 or later

For customer who cannot upgrade immediately, he can set the Log Event Format explicitly at Rule level
