Technical Background

Service Rules in Argent Guardian Ultra faces an issue that windows services to be monitored when saved from Argent Global Manager is not getting displayed in Argent Guardian Ultra GUI

Issue happens while doing the following:

  1. Create a new Service Rule definition from Argent Global Manager
  2. Add windows services to monitor and then save
  3. Load the same Service Rule from Argent Guardian Ultra GUI
  4. Windows services to monitor saved from Argent Global Manager is not updated in Argent Guardian Ultra GUI
