Summary

Argent Job Scheduler provides a new option to check Job Dependency only on days specified in an Argent Calendar

Technical Background

Currently Job dependencies are checked every time when a parent Job runs

Argent Job Scheduler provides a new Calendar field in ‘Job Dependency Subrule (JW75)’ which allows selecting an Argent Calendar definition to determine on which days the Job dependency is to be checked

Using this new option it is possible to have different Job dependencies assigned for a parent Job on different days

For example a Job may be configured with different Job dependencies on weekdays and weekends
