Resolution

The Argent Job Scheduler runs Perl scripts without issue.

Ensure the Perl script has been written correctly.

Ensure the user can run the batch file (or whatever is calling the script) under the AT command from the command line.

If they can, then begin troubleshooting.Otherwise, they have to check with the creator of the Perl script.

We recently had an issue with a Customer who assured us her Perl script had been written correctly, only to be called later and told that the programmers had mislead to her and there were syntax errors in the PERL script.
