Summary

Argent Guardian SLA reports are showing inaccurate data.

Technical Background

The Argent Predictor records SLA response times of >30,000ms when a NDE_TCPIP_PING Rule does not receive a reply within a timeout of 30s.

This leads to inaccurate data being shown in an SLA Response Time Report, as the >30,000ms response time values are incorporated into the report as if they were real ping responses coming back after 30s.

Resolution

This is a known issue and will be resolved in a future version.
