Argent Advanced Technology has the functionality of Relators having Prerequisite Rules
If Prerequisites Rule is broken the main rules will not execute
If Prerequisite Rule is set to Alert Never the Relator will not execute any alerts
If Prerequisite Rule is set to Alert Always the Relator will execute an alert

Resolution
Creating Relator With Prerequisite Rule That Does Not Alert
1. In Prerequisites Rule section of Relator click on Green Plus Sign
2. Select correct Prerequisite Rule but do not click OK
3. Select Instant Correction Tab
4. Select Do Not Fire Events For The Prerequisite Rule
5. Select OK
6. Verify Prerequisite Rule has NEVER under Alert Field
Creating Relator With Prerequisite Rule That Does Alert
1. In Prerequisites Rule section of Relator click on Green Plus Sign
2. Select correct Prerequisite Rule but do not click OK
3. Select Instant Correction Tab
4. De-Select Do Not Fire Events For The Prerequisite Rule
5. Select OK
6. Verify Prerequisite Rule has ALWAYS under Alert Field
