A Hotlink is an optional hyperlink used to connect you to a web page when a Rule is broken.
The hyperlink can point to any web page and it can contain additional diagnostic information and instructions about what to do regarding the broken Rule.
Essentially Hotlinks are a twenty-first century version of Runbooks.
