Transaction (Process ID XXXX) was deadlocked on lock resources with another process and has been chosen as the deadlock victim.

Technical Background

This is generally due to a lack of resources on their SQL Server and corresponds with entries in the SQL Server log indicating errors.

Resolution

Ensure the Customer knows that this is not an Argent issue and have them run some base metrics on their SQL Server to determine what resource is lacking.
