Resolution

Take following steps to debug the non-starting issue.

Does ‘qsystem -x’ complains about ‘Could not locate qemom path’ or similar.

If so, ensure ‘/opt/AGRTqe’ and ‘/opt/AGRTqe/bin’ are included in PATH.

Edit profile, then logoff and logon, try again.

Check /opt/AGRTqe/log/svc_log and /opt/AGRTqe/log/err_log to see if license expired.

If so, get the new license from key maker, and apply the license using ‘qsystem -D key’.

(Do not use -K option as the daemon is not running).

If license is OK. Run

     

‘ps -e | grep qemom’

to see if qemom is running. If so, kill it.

If license is OK. Run

     

‘ps -e | grep tabfmain’

to see if tabfmain is running. If so, kill it.
