Summary

Unable to install Argent Ninja over UNC Path.

Technical Background

The Argent Ninja is a web thin client that allows access to the Argent Console over HTTP.

During an install over a UNC path it appears that the procedure responsible for copying files, fails to execute and simply flashes to the next part of the install wizard.

Consequently upon attempting to run the Argent Ninja users receive standard 404 errors in their web browser.

Resolution

This is a known issue and has been logged with Argent Support.
