Summary

Improvement to AIX Rule SCP_AIX_CPU_OVERLOAD.

Technical Background

This Rule SCP_AIX_CPU_OVERLOAD is implemented by calling ps to get a list of running processes. In some 2-CPU environments, the result includes ~50% of CPU time for executing ps itself. This skews the underlying metric.

This improved script will be available in a future release.
