Summary
When customer applies license using Global License Manager, he may encounter error message ‘Product Is Not Licensed’.
The issue happens when domain of user’s current logon account is different from the machine’s domain. This usually happens when trust relationship is established between domains. For example, domain A and B are mutually trusted domains. Argent AT server belongs to domain A so that the license is cut for domain A. User logons to server using account ‘B\admin’. When user tries to apply license using Global License Manager, the error message will show up.
The issue has been addressed in Argent AT 5.1A-1610-B.
Technical Background
It is a coding error that uses logon domain instead of machine domain when verifying the license validness.
Resolution
Upgrade to Argent AT 5.1A-1610-B.
Or customer can apply license individually, one product one time.
