Summary

When comparing the results from a UNIX script executed by Argent and the results of the same script executed at the shell prompt of a remote machine the output may be different.

Technical Background

These differences can be caused by incorrectly configuring the UNIX machine in the Argent Guardian Node Manager for UNIX.

Resolution

Confirm the IP address of the machine specified in The Argent Guardian Node Manager for UNIX (Screen: G121) is the same as the machine executing the script locally.

Retest the script.
