Summary

Node Extended Properties in CMDB-X allows to define any key/value pairs as custom properties. User is no longer limited to product predefined node properties. This greatly enhances the usefulness of CMDB-X as enterprise inventory.

Node Extended Properties can be for the whole product of Argent Omega, or individual Tool Set.

To add an Extended Property, select the node under Extended Properties, then click ‘+’ button.

Then double click on the newly added property to enter property value.

Use menu to insert keywords in Email Alert,

Use ‘*’ for Extended Property of All Product, or Tool Set name for Extended Property of specific Tool Set.
