Summary

When an Argent Omega installation is upgraded on Primary Generator, all Secondary Generators and Offload Generators are supposed to be upgraded to the same version automatically. When the upgrade is done, the Windows service should be restarted.

However, it has been reported that the Windows service failed to start and affected Secondary Generators and Offload Generators stay offline.

The cause is third-party antivirus software preventing the Argent Omega services from starting

Change the policy of third-party antivirus software to exclude Argent Omega.
Manually start Argent Omega service after the policy has been updated to test change is effective.
