Summary
By default, Argent for Compliance saves a copy of the raw audit log to the file system. This may not be the ideal option for customers wanting to conserve disk space.
Technical Background
A copy of the raw audit log will be stored in the following folder:
X:\Argent\ArgentForCompliance\LOG_ARCHIVE
The following steps show how to disable saving of raw audit logs to the file system.
Resolution
Navigate to ‘Control Information‘ > ‘Administration‘ > ‘License Manager‘
Right click on one or multiple (Using SHIFT key to select multiple) licensed nodes and select ‘Licensed Server/Device Properties‘
Set the ‘Save Raw Audit Data‘ option to ‘Do NOT Save‘ and click on the ‘OK‘ below.
