Check the svc_log.txt file, for a message:

Total size of captured performance data exceeded 50 MB. No more data can be collected.

This is a hard-coded limit when using the small CodeBase engine with the Argent Predictor – the Argent Predictor is designed to use a SQL Server backend in production, such as Oracle, DB2, Sybase, or SQL Server.

Have the Customer migrate from CodeBase.
