Summary

Addressed an issue where automatic correction does not work for auto-started Windows services

Technical Background

When Argent AT Service Rules check auto-started Windows services, it correctly detects any services that are not running, but the engine does not report the status for services that are running.

As a result, when a stopped auto-started service is restarted, the Relator simply ignores the service, and the outstanding event cannot be resolved automatically.
