Summary

After adding a new Oracle server to Argent, customer noticed error in Relator Trace Log when testing the new Oracle server.

Technical Background

In the case study, Argent License Manager Node Properties of the new Oracle server were found incomplete.

The Oracle logon and password were left blank.

Due to missing logon details, connectivity between Argent and the new Oracle server will fail.

Thus, Oracle Query Rule will also fail when customer testing the Relator.

Resolution

Issue was addressed after entering correct Oracle logon details.
