Summary

Global Status in Argent Omega displays real-time status of server, device and ports.

Regarding to a down port of network device, it could be truly down as network cable is disconnected, or it could be intentionally disabled.

The user should be alerted for the former case, not the latter.

Global Status has been enhanced to display the two cases differently.
