Summary

If system Event for offline Trusted Agent is configured, when a Trusted Agent goes offline, customer might notice that offline Trusted Agent Events are generated and resolved about every 3 to 5 minutes

The Trusted Agent is offline all the time, but Events keep being raised and resolved

The issue has been addressed in Argent AT 3.1A-1407-T3
