When the VMware password contains the special character $, Argent for VMware could not connect to vCenter or the ESX host

Technical Background

Argent for VMware uses VMware PowerCLI to connect to vCenter or the ESX Host and monitor VMware objects

The character $ is a special character in PowerCLI and must be escaped before using it in a command

As a result, the PowerCLI function connect-viserver fails
