Technical Background
When changing ‘Rule Is Broken If The Following Condition Is Met By‘ field value between ‘All Jobs‘ or ‘Any Jobs ‘, and then saving and testing the Rule, the SQL Job Rule will report ‘xxx could not be processed because of conflicting database version‘
This issue has been addressed

Upgrade to Argent Global Manager 1310-A or above
