Summary

In the Event tab of the Argent Global Manager Console screen, there can be optional text specified

This text may be used by customers in cases where they cannot Answer or Resolve pending events immediately

Instead, they may enter some notes into the memo, stating that they are handling the issue

When specified, the /Memo field helps to identify the current status of a pending Event directly from the Answered column without having to open the sub-window ‘Note About This Event‘ (A1M screen)

For all Answered Events with Memo, the column displays as ‘Yes/Memo, by {login name from which the Event was Answered}‘

For all Not Answered Events with Memo, the column displays as ‘No/Memo‘

For all Resolved Events with Memo, the column displays as ‘Resolved/Memo, by {login name from which the Event was Resolved}‘
