Relator re-check setting ‘Stop Rule Re-check When Last Escalation Is Fired‘ could be used when there is no Alert Escalation Plan
It results that no Rule recheck is executed by Engine
Bulletproof code is implemented to check such bad setting when customer tries to put such a Relator into production
