Summary

SLA Downtime Reports now have a flag that allow users to sort the reports in order of downtime descending (so that most problematic nodes appear at the top), or to sort by the traditional alphabetical order of node name

Technical Background

The flag can be enabled by going into INCLUDE\REPORT_TABLE_SLAUPDOWN_OUTPUT.ASP

Find: g_bSortByDownTimeDescending and set the value to True or False

Upgrade to Argent Reports 3.0A-1401-A or above
