Summary

Customers can now specify custom file names for Report Automators

For example, the default preview for PDFs is “REPORT_PREVIEW.PDF” and the default production Automator for PDFs is {Automator Name}_{Date}.PDF

The new “Custom File Name” field allows %VARIABLES% to be used for further customization

No extension is needed — this will be appended automatically based on the file type selected (XLS or PDF)

If this field is left empty, it reverts to the ‘default’ naming in Argent Reports
