Summary

‘Previous Event Time‘ and ‘Previous Seconds Difference‘ are two new options for selectable columns in Event-based Tables and Compliance Tables

Technical Background

These options find the previous ‘matching‘ Event, which is defined when all included columns in the report are identical (e.g. Event ID, Source, User, etc.) except for the Event Time and Event Description

‘Previous Event Time‘ shows the Event Time of the previous matching Event, while ‘Previous Seconds Difference‘ shows the minutes from the Previous Event Time and the current Event

These fields are useful for identifying the frequency of, say, logon failures for a particular user
