Summary
Several known security vulnerabilities have been reported against SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and earlier versions of Transport Layer Security (TLS)
Due to this, many customers are being required by security auditors to upgrade to TLS 1.2 for secure communication
Argent Reports 7.0A-1901-A has been enhanced to support TLS 1.2
Technical Background
Argent Reports now uses the same ODBC Driver used by Argent Advanced Technology for SQL Server
This ensures that Argent Reports works fine in an environment where Argent Advanced Technology is installed with TLS 1.2 support
