Implemented ServiceNow Alert types in Argent Advanced Technology 5.1A-2304-A version and now the new options added in Argent Global Manager R27 version to configure ‘ServiceNow’ and ‘Exchange Web Service’ in Argent Console Engine screen.

Technical Background

Argent Global Manager 5.1A-R27 has been enhanced with new options in the Help Desk and Email tabs in the Argent Console Engine screen.

These options are for configuring the ‘ServiceNow’ and ‘Exchange Web Service’.
