Summary

Customer can configure Argent Console Engine to auto answer Events through email or SMS

If the Event specified in the email message has been purged or archived, the message is ignored

Following text can be found in the service log:

IGNORED MAPI message from xxxx (…). Reason: Event record (UUID: 97D67581-D2B4-4E1F-9312-6D284E8878E3) does not exist

However, the message is not deleted from inbox

As a result, the unprocessed messages can accumulate over time, and require manual deletion

The issue has been addressed in Argent AT 3.1A-1504-T2

The Master Control Information export program has been enhanced to copy to other Mother Non-Stop Motor after having successfully exported locally

In case of offline Mother Non-Stop Motor, the built-in synchronization mechanism can still guarantee the latest Master Control Information is copied when the Motor is back online
