The “Value Is Less Than” logic in the Performance Rules is being treated as less than or equal to
In this case, the customer wants to be alerted if the value is not equal to a value of 3, which should work by configuring the Rule like this:
However, testing the Rule shows that it is breaking with a value of 3:

Resolution
Upgrade to Argent Advanced Technology 5.1A-2004-A or above
For customers who cannot upgrade immediately, there is a workaround
Using the above example and knowing that the Rule is treating the “Value Is Less Than” logic in the Performance Rules as being less than or equal to, there’s an easy workaround by configuring the Rule as shown below until the customer can upgrade:
