Summary

When a Daughter Engine is deployed in a time zone different from the Mother Engine, the Scheduled Monitoring Task screen of the Mother Engine displays the task execution time and scheduled ‘Next Run Time’ using the Daughter’s time zone, while tasks executed by the Mother Engine uses the Mother’s time zone.

The time display becomes very confusing.

Technical Background

In previous versions, Daughter Engines export the task time as a Date/Time string using the local time zone before uploading to the Mother Engine.

There is no time zone information included.

As a result, the Mother Engine is unable calculate the correct time zone hour difference.

Resolution

Upgrade to Argent Advanced Technology 3.1A-1308-A and above.
