Summary

When customers test Relators in the GUI using the Monitoring Engine, the testing is done through the engine instead of the GUI.

If the selected objects for testing use different vCenter/ESX hosts, the test can be stuck.

Technical Background

It is a limitation in PowerCLI that only one active session can be used at any time. The testing is stuck when the test tries to connect to a different vCenter/ESX hosts, and locks each other out.

The service code is enhanced to work around this limitation.

Upgrade to Argent Advanced Technology 3.1A-1308-A and above.
