An issue was reported that in a Relator configured with Service Health Rules in Argent for Exchange, the Relator Recheck option is not working properly as expected
The Event did not automatically resolve even after the issue was resolved in the Exchange Server
This issue has been addressed in Argent Advanced Technology 3.1A-1601-T9
Resolution
Upgrade to Argent Advanced Technology 3.1A-1601-T10 or later
