Summary

When wildcard is used in log file path combined with option “All Matching Files In Parallel”, LINUX/Unix File Log Rule is supposed to scan all matching log files. However, due to a coding error, only last matching log is scanned.

The issue has been addressed in Argent AT 5.1A-1704-B.

Technical Background

The issue is caused by coding error.

Resolution

Upgrade to Argent AT 5.1A-1704-B.
