Summary

Amazon has added several new regions and removed some old regions since summer of 2016

Argent for AWS does not show updated regions in program

As a result, any resources created in these newly added regions cannot be found or monitored

The issue has been addressed in Argent AT 5.1A-1710-A

Technical Background

AWS regions are hardcoded in AWS SDK

The new regions are missing in v3.1 and added in v3.3

Argent AT 5.1A-1710-A has been recompiled with latest AWS SDK

Resolution

Upgrade to Argent Advanced Technology 5.1A-1710-A or above
