Summary

Addressed the issue where SQL queries fail with access denied error log on upgrading Argent Job Scheduler from 8.0A-1104 to 10.0A-1306-A

Technical Background

When upgrading from 8.0A-1104 to 10.0A-1306-A, Argent Job Scheduler fail executing SQL queries with access denied error message as shown in below screenshot

This issue was due to a faulty reading of Registry to obtain the Database against which the Query was executed

The issue is addressed in version 1311-A

Resolution

Upgrade to Argent Job Scheduler 1312-B or above
