Summary

Addressed the issue that ‘Notify if job has not started by time’ option does not work for a Scheduled Job

Technical Background

When the options “Notify if job is late more than ‘xx’ time” and “Notify if job has not started by time xx:xx” are set for a Scheduled Job, the second option does not work and fails to fire an Alert

But, both the options work as expected, when Job has no schedule and is triggered from a Job Sequence

This is a coding issue and it has been addressed

Resolution

Upgrade to Argent Job Scheduler 10.0A-1412-A or above
