Summary

SLA Reports in Argent Reports now discard SLA data points that occur during server maintenance periods

Technical Background

This results in a more accurate SLA report to only include unplanned outages.

An optional flag exists to turn this feature off — Customers who wish to still include SLA data points during server maintenance periods can contact Argent to assist.

Upgrade to Argent Reports 5.0A-1607-A or later
