Argent Global Manager R27 version has been enhanced with two new Alerts – ServiceNow and Service Manager Alerts.

This feature has been already implemented in Argent Advanced Technology and added in Argent Global Manager R27 version

ServiceNow is an incident management platform that is designed to handle events or service disruptions in an organization’s IT infrastructure or services in an efficient and effective manner.

The Service Manager is a service that manages all domain operations.

It runs within Informatica services. The Service Manager sends alerts to subscribed users. When you subscribe to alerts, you receive notification emails.
