KBI 310818 Enhancement: Allowing To Create Calendar Definition Up To Tenth Business Day Of A Month
Version
Argent Job Scheduler 10.0A-1402-A And Above
Date
Friday, 7 Feb 2014
Summary
Argent Job Scheduler has been enhanced with calendar definitions to allow creating calendars for second, third etc up to tenth day of a month
Technical Background
In the previous versions, Argent Job Scheduler has the ability to type in the words ‘FIRST‘ and ‘LAST‘ within a calendar definition, which allows to create a calendar for the first and last workdays of a month:
However, when using ‘SECOND‘, or ‘THIRD‘, etc., it won’t accept and shows an error message
Hence, in the previous versions, if a calendar definition needs to be created with something other than ‘FIRST‘ or ‘LAST‘, it is necessary to add all the desired business days for each year manually
The newly added feature gives a solution to this by permitting words like ‘SECOND, THIRD…etc up to TENTH‘, in Calendar definitions apart from words ‘FIRST‘ and ‘LAST‘
