Many customers utilize Exchange Web Service for Microsoft 365 to send out email alerts.
Exchange Web Service for Microsoft 365 simply needs the fields filled in with a valid Exchange Web Service for Microsoft 365 server.

The main requirements are the Exchange Account, Azure Application ID, Azure Tenant ID, Authentication and Client Secret.

In Alert, select the ‘EWS’ option to use the configured Exchange web service.
