Ensure that the Argent Job Scheduler – Scheduling Engine service has been stopped.
Open a command prompt window and navigate to

Stop the Argent Queue Engine service on the Argent Queue Engine server that is being upgraded.
Re-boot the server.

After the server has been restarted, de-install the old NT version of the Argent Queue Engine by running the SETUP.EXE from the (drive):\ARGENT\QueueEngine directory.
