Summary

Search function is always available for tables and grids in Argent Omega.

When clicking on ‘Search’ button, it expands to allow entering keyword for searching

After entering keyword, click on button to filter list.

To return to the original list, click on button to clear the filtering.

Argent Omega has enhanced the feature by allowing user to press Enter key after entering keyword to get the filtered list; press ESC key to clear the filtering and return to the original list.

Technical Background

When page mode is enabled, only information of nodes on current page is held in memory. This improves browser performance greatly
